Digital Facilities Lead

We are actively looking to secure a Digital Facilities Lead to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold valid SC Clearance, or be willing to obtain this level of clearance before commencement of work.


You will be responsible for driving the redesign and delivery of an engaging, flexible physical environment aligned to digital ways of working that enhances collaboration and choice of workstyles. Specific activities/ deliverables to include:

  • overall project management of Facilities related pathfinders, including redesign of Corporate Centre
  • direct and liaise with 3rd party suppliers to deliver high level and detailed design of the physical layout and aesthetic of the Corporate Centre, comprising of:
  • detailed design pack
  • initial concepts/draft floor plans, finished presentation designs,
  • presentation pack for wider communication
  • template/baseline approach that can be used for rollout of redesign across the wider estate
  • liaise with 3rd parties to co-ordinate build of area / procurement of required furniture / technology
  • drive the articulation, approach and implementation of pilots for prioritised Facilities pathfinders, liaising with internal/external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle and establishing baseline templates/approaches for wider rollout
  • recommend wider rollout plan/schedule, providing input to business case justification covering both tangible and intangible benefits as needed
  • liaise with Business Change Consultant to ensure business change activities and adoption strategies are an integral part of any pilot/implementation/rollout

Skills and experience required

  • Project management including planning, budget management, risk management and stakeholder management. People management.
  • Management of third party suppliers
