Digital Delivery Manager

We have an opportunity for a Test Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on a major public sector account. This is a chance to be part of an award winning organisation whose key priority is investing in its people.
Project Description
· Agile Project Management, including how the role of project manager operates within an agile project, and differs from a traditional project manager role
· Working in an agile at scale environment with agile teams
· Working in an agile manner in a commercial environment
· An overview of Digital open source technologies and frameworks, Digital technology stacks and
· DevOps principles, processes and tooling, and XP practices, such as Test Driven Development and Pair Programming.
· The role that a Scrum Master plays within an Agile environment

Task Description
· Direct the execution and implementation of your Projects, driving continuous, provable improvements and efficiencies based on data, using agile project management and delivery methods.
· Develop and maintain project schedules and work with product managers and the team to establish a delivery rhythm, ensure common priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers.
· Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/live).
· Map and manage stakeholders to ensure good relations and effective communication.
· Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support.
· Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment.
· Predict staff requirements to enable effective resourcing.
· Communicate effectively and provide data to help the product manager report on the project or programme to senior stakeholders.
· Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change.

Technologies and skills
· Experience of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology (e.g. Agile/SCRUM)
· Experience of agile collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Agile for Scrum, Confluence)
· Understanding of agile delivery techniques e.g. Continuous
· Delivery/Integration, Test Driven Development, and associated tooling
· Professional Scrum Master Qualification
· At least 2 years' experience working as either a Project Manager, managing software and/or integration projects or as a Service Manager, managing one or more services

Business skills
· Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff
· The ability to build productive relationships
· Flexibility about work content and location
· Ability to work independently with the client on site
· An understanding of agile methodologies, tools and techniques
