Title: Digital Delivery ManagerContract Length: 6 monthsRate: £42.75 P/HLocation: Berkshire Role Overview: The Digital Delivery Manager is part of the EMEA regional Digital IT organization. An expert in the digital technology ecosystem within consumer for digital brand marketing and digital product development, he/she is a key interface to business and technology local market and regional leadership. The role is a clear blend of digital delivery, Agile Product Owner combined into a single role. The Digital Delivery Manager will shape requirements, own scope, backlog prioritisation (with Customers' input), acceptance criteria and ensure the delivery meets business and Digital EMEA expectations. You will be comfortable driving both best practice in Agile as well as to coordinate the delivery of digital initiatives across EMEA. This person will work with the wider brand and development teams to help define and implement new Agile ways of working with EMEA Product Line Owner and Product Engagement Leads. You will be comfortable end to end project delivery in an Agile set up. This person will work with our Marketing teams, the Head of IT Digital and our development teams to ensure that the digital projects assigned are fully delivered to time and budget. This person will manage deliverables and detailed plans and ensure all the other parties deliver against their commitments flagging issues to management in a timely manner and to the highest possible quality. The incumbent must build strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders across the EMEA region, including local market, regional business unit and franchise leaders, Regional Marketing Operations (RMO), Marketing Accelerator, Digital Strategy, eCommerce and IT teams (Global Marketing Services IT , Application Services, Product Development, Engineering, Program Management, PMX, GTS and ISRM to shape scope, identify and advocate for synergistic opportunities, manage activation pipelines and build capability utilization. Knowledge and Competency Requirements:Bachelor's degree with focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Digital Marketing or related field is required, MBA degree a plus.5+ years of experience working as a BA / Delivery Manager in the Digital / Technology space and across multiple brand or business teams, scoping and managing large, complex engagements with major companies or clients and delivering according to requirements, on schedule and within budgets is required.Impeccable business partnering, influencing and collaboration skills working with delivery teams, business partners, agencies and stakeholders, with ability to negotiate win-win outcomes, is required.Strong problem-solving skills; responsiveness and flexibility with evolving responsibilities and changing environment are required.Strong Agile and digital delivery thought leadership with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units within the organization.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (oral and written), including the ability to articulate digital technology capabilities and approaches in a business focused manner, as well as explain business concepts to technologists is required.Ability to assess and communicate expected outcomes in terms of consumer engagement, ROI, digital efficiency etc., and utilize digital metrics and analytics to assess and report on value delivery, is requiredStrong digital domain expertise with strategic and delivery experience with various digital/web/mobile technologies including responsive design, analytics, SEO/SEM, CMS, campaign management, CRM, social media etc. is required.Experience in a process driven environment following sound PMI/PMP, Agile and SDLC methodologies is required.Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and influence adoption of new thinking is preferred.Desire to continually advance personal and team knowledge of digital trends and advances in the industry is preferred.
