Digital Content Delivery Manager - Canary Wharf - Initial 3 month contract

Digital Content Delivery Manager required to join a client in the Financial Services Sector based in Canary Wharf on an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend.

The role:

As part of your role, you will be responsible for delivering small- and medium-sized online projects as part of a busy content team.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a busy online production environment, managing several projects at once.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including negotiation and influencing.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills (suppliers and stakeholders)
  • Experience in creating and managing digital changes using a content management system.
  • Clear thinking and excellent project management skills.
  • Creative and structured approach to change.
  • Practical self-starter able to manage a number of activities against deadlines
  • A logical, analytical approach to problem solving and close attention to detail.
  • Inspires confidence by making and honouring commitments; demonstrates initiative and competence; communicates a vision and strategy of own role.
  • Detailed understanding of the application of Brand principles.
  • Understanding of the importance of risk and rigour management and corporate governance, including regulated practices.

Responsibilities:

As part of your role, your duties may include:

  • Manage content changes across the client's websites, mobile apps and other platforms ensuring accuracy of content and high quality executions.
  • Ensure all content is compelling and relevant, customer-friendly and commercially-focused.
  • Identify the resources and disciplines (IA, design, copywriting, development, etc.) needed to deliver a digital change.
  • Manage timeframes and resources within the digital team and with external agencies to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with stakeholders from across the business, including marketing, sales, and product owners
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations to ensure they are kept updated with progress, change to scope and delivery dates.
  • Be an acknowledged digital expert, driving innovation in delivery.
