My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager (Eloqua) to join the team on a initial 6 Month contract.

We are seeking a high calibre marketing professional with experience in marketing automation and digital marketing in a B2B landscape. The Digital Campaign Manager's primary role will be the day-to-day management and execution of prospect and customer-facing marketing campaigns through our marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM ( and web (Wordpress) platforms in order to drive acquisition and customer engagement.

The Digital Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in creating and executing digital engagement opportunities so they convert into sales opportunities. He/she will be the project manager on digital campaigns (integrated acquisition campaigns, prospect nurturing, customer engagement) and will analyze campaign performance with key metrics, identify solutions to improve, and communicate results with the team to achieve specific digital lead generation results.

Digital marketing tactics include but are not limited to: social marketing, SEM/SEO, integrated campaigns, webinars, email marketing and others. S/he will be required to work on process and campaign design and development including support on integration between Eloqua and to ensure complete and efficient lead routing across multiple markets and sales teams.

We expect our campaign manager to maintain and leverage industry trends and insights to develop a complete understanding of digital lead generation and marketing automation solutions best practices within the B2B marketing industry. S/he should have strong interpersonal and communication skills built on a solid technical knowledge of online, digital and marketing automation tools. They would take an active global role in developing new digital strategies that support our overall digital marketing programmes and could be involved in broader digital tactics such as paid search or tools integration.

Experience and qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications or related field (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management, and online digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Eloqua
  • Technical knowledge of Wordpress
  • Knowledge of highly preferred
