Digital Business Analyst (Online & Mobile Channels)

We are actively looking to secure a Digital Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

As part of the transformation programme, our client are investing in an initiative to transition their various current state employee facing web capabilities (intranets, Corporate News sites etc) to a single contemporary global digital portal.

The portal will deliver personalised content, new, social & community tools, easy access to corporate data (people info, policy info etc.) and will provide simple integration with enterprise applications (E.g. expense processing, holiday booking) which will make employees lives significantly easier regardless of their geographical location across their estate of global offices.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Evidence of significant experience and track record in Digital/Ecommerce delivery (employee facing deliverables being desirable but not essential).

  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams to produce and own business user requirements, functional specifications, customer journeys and business cases.

  • Experience in capturing, validating and prioritising user requirements, drawing on research and insight to formulate a credible business case for progression.

  • Experience in Digital Design, contributing to the provision of screen designs and wireframes as required.

  • Proven experience in supporting the delivery production line (development, integration, testing and implementation) ensuring that digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers

  • Subject Matter Expertise of online and mobile channels, including technical, market place and end user considerations

  • Experience of relevant technologies and integration approaches (digital platform delivery, support, APIs and micro service integration)

  • Excellent communication skills and evidence of forming close working relationships with Product Owners / UX Design teams / Developers and Testers (ideally in an AGILE/SCRUM environment).

  • Previous experience of Digital Platform vendor assessment, engagement and selection.
