Digital Business Analyst - 3 Months - London

My client are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join them and support a Contact Centre evolution programme due to start in the New Year. The client can offer a 3 month initial contract starting from early January and can pay up to £400.00 per day

Role Information:

  • The role of the Digital Business Analyst will be to support the delivery of a Contact Centre evolution programme due to start in the New Year. The role will involve working closely with the UX teams to ensure the design is fit for purpose.
  • The development inputs consist of Jira requirements using BDD acceptance criteria, e2e and component design reviews, any tagging documentation and UX wireframes and Visual Design assets.
  • The overall aim of the programme is to uplift the current IVR onto a new technology whilst redesigning the experience, this includes call backs and app integration.
  • Some travel to contact Centres in Cardiff and Newcastle is expected.

Experience/Required Skills:

  • Candidates must have prior experience in a Business Analyst position ideally working on a Digital transformation project.
  • Ideally candidates will also have contact centre experience.
  • Exposure to adding richer functionality to projects such as Applications and Online integration would also be of interest.
  • Any experience of IVR would also be beneficial.
