Description

Developing technical skills and working as part of a small team in Worthing to fault find and resolve technical issues. Supplying support on Windows 10, MacOS and O365 and developing knowledge to support on non-standard applications.

Tasks

  • Fault identification and resolution of incidents / requests within contracted SLA targets
  • Identifying the impact of technical changes on operational service
  • Mobile solution support (Phones and Laptops)
  • Software implementation and hardware installation
  • PC Configuration
  • Assisting with Accommodation tasks when required
  • Assisting with maintaining stock levels and updating asset databases

  • Windows 10 and MacOS
  • Microsoft Office 2016 O365
  • TCP/IP, DNS, WINS based network principles
  • Hardware - Desktops, Laptops and Printers VPN, SCCM
  • Various software products and applications and services WiFi Access Points

Mandatory technical skills

  • Experienced support analyst. Knowledge of Windows 10 and MacOS.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office 2016 and O365.
  • Hardware familiarity (Desktop, Laptop, Printers) and experience of PC Hardware maintenance and local APS infrastructure awareness.
  • MCSE Certification
  • Understanding of Remote Control skills (SCCM, Remote Desktop)
  • Knowledge of Assyst / ITSM service management tools
  • Knowledge of Mobility Solutions (Wireless) AD Awareness Knowledge of basic network principles Knowledge of iOS devices (MacBooks and iPads)
