Delivery Manager - Public Sector, GDS, Agile
Location: Croydon

The ideal candidate will have current and valid SC clearance or be willing and able to undergo the checks.

We are actively looking to secure a Delivery Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The successful individual will be expected to work flexibly and be responsive to demands from our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the management of national critical infrastructure projects in the End Client
  • Implement and manage effective and appropriate project governance
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders

Essential criteria:

Successful candidates should have experience delivering a range of business and/or IT transformation projects. In addition:

  • Experience with GDS Standards and in leading Discovery phases
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams including user researchers, content designers, policy teams, interaction designers, developers and contractors.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Ability to engage and work with development teams, to understand the technical solution and make informed decisions
  • Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have current and valid SC clearance or be willing and able to undergo the checks.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Understanding of the government's digital and technology transformation agenda.
