Location: London

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Data Quality Administrator to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Description

Our client are looking for a Data Quality Administrator to ensure that the business has the most accurate, up to date information possible to drive seamless operational processes and to deliver deep analytical insights for the business. The Data Quality Administrator will be reviewing, researching, and updating existing data to meet the highest standard of quality.

This will require developing an in depth understanding of our clients interconnected systems, understanding how data is used by their sales reps and analysts, as well as longer term projects to improve back-end system efficiencies in integrating the client's databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Research company information and vet data sources to ensure the highest quality information is entered in the clients databases
  • Update and maintain company hierarchies
  • Working cross-functionally with multiple teams to tackle critical issues
  • Identify root cause of data quality issues and collaborate to implement solutions
  • Conducting internal and outside research

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a job where attention to details and accuracy was required
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and high volume environment
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with multi-tasking ability
  • Proven experience meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in CRM
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry
  • College degree
