Data Modeller / Data Business Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a Digital Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Our UK operation is growing and has very aggressive plans for expansion over the coming years. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical reasoning
  • Highly developed analytical skills to extract information from data and translate to business language and financial impacts
  • Ability to manage time effectively to ensure delivery of multiple projects
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to colleagues at different levels of the organisation
  • Data literate with experience of manipulating large data sets via SAS programming and ideally Teradata and/or R
  • Degree level education in a numerate discipline
  • Ability to coach and manage analysts across levels

Experience:

  • Experience of applying analytical techniques to data to produce explanatory or predictive results
  • Have directly relevant experience of working in an analytical role within financial services or an alternative data driven organisation
  • Exposed to direct interactions with stakeholders and business colleagues at different levels of the organisation

Knowledge:

  • Have and maintain up to date knowledge and awareness of commercial and business issues that affect the job holder's role and responsibilities
