Job Role: Data Business Analyst

Location: Manchester

We are actively looking to secure a Data Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Technical Skills

Technical Skills

  • Must be SC Cleared or Eligible
  • Experience of ETL / Data migration design & development
  • Experience of data analysis, database schemas
  • Understanding of data modelling, object modelling and OO design principles
  • Proven experience in enterprise software delivery e.g. capabilities and limits of programming languages and knowledge of testing
  • Exceptional facilitation, listening, writing and verbal skills
  • Breaking down complex requirements into user stories
  • BDD, Gherkin style acceptance criteria
  • 3 years+ Agile working and practices

Business Skills

  • Must be SC Cleared or Eligible
  • Flexible working to work across the team as required
  • Can do attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and with impact to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal direction in a large often challenging environment to influence and drive change internally and with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Be a team player coaching and mentoring aspiring colleagues into motivated and delivery focused individuals.
