Data Business Analyst (Data Extraction Tools, Data Cleansing)

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Specific Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Establish a working understanding of Real-time distribution products
  • Audit current implementation to guide requirements for the new data centre deployment
  • Identify client migration requirements relating to, for example, processes, data, and product & service features, and present them to key partners in the programme
  • Support customer migration team to define migration process and to plan and deliver client migrations globally
  • Participate in Programme, Product, and Business calls to communicate requirements and identify client solutions
  • Design and perform Data Quality checks on service configuration data prior to implementation and customer migration
  • Engage with Product Management, programme and technical teams to ensure that data quality and/or related process issues are addressed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the data deemed critical to the success of the Programme is maintained in conformance to a tightly controlled Data Governance Model.

  • Customer Operations: Programme management, Customer Migration Team
  • Enterprise Front Office: Proposition owners

Skills/Experience sought:

  • Significant Expertise & Experience in gathering and cleansing datasets from multiple disparate sources and performing complex analyses.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the use of Data Extraction and Analysis tools. Examples: Knime, Alteryx, Jupyter, Advanced Excel/Power Query/Power Pivot or equivalents)
  • Understanding the demands and challenges for clients affected by large scale initiatives in financial services
  • Identifying and delivering optimal client migration strategies
  • Clear and articulate presentation skills
