Customer Support Executive - Industry Leader - Yorkshire - 12 month fixed term contract

A Customer Support Executive with demonstrable experience of customer interaction using phone and email is required by the world's leading source of intelligent information and software solutions. You will be responsible for delivering superior customer experience through the resolution of all inbound customer account queries.

This team sits within my client's legal division which connects their customers' businesses to the ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. They provide critical online and print information, decision support tools, software and services to lawyers who practice in law firms, in corporate legal departments and in the public sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a household name that is a leader in a number of industries.

My client is offering a competitive pro-rata salary for a 12 month period.
