Ideally you will have experience in the following:
- Working in a helpdesk environment
- ITIL Foundation qualification
- Supporting a SaaS, PaaS or similar cloud environment
- Office 365 and Microsoft Suite
You will also be exposed to Linux, networking and virtualisation concepts so any prior experience with these would be great!
