Excited to be working with a software company looking to add a support engineer to their service delivery team, ensuring that their cloud based platform continues to operate effectively. This is a company who's work is making a real difference to their customers, and you will be supporting them.

This client are offering a very competitive remuneration package and benefits package including 35 days annual leave.

Ideally you will have experience in the following:

  • Working in a helpdesk environment
  • ITIL Foundation qualification
  • Supporting a SaaS, PaaS or similar cloud environment
  • Office 365 and Microsoft Suite

You will also be exposed to Linux, networking and virtualisation concepts so any prior experience with these would be great!
