We are looking for a talented Customer Support Advisor to join our client on a 6 month contract in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire.
You will be required to act as first point of contact for all CMS queries. Log service calls from customers using telephone, online services or email. Respond, investigate and resolve FTF logged by the customer.
You should have an excellent technical knowledge of MS products. College or University Educated Understanding of remote working on computer networks.
