Customer Success Specialist - Sell Side

Do you have knowledge + experience of the Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income markets? Are you passionate about the customer journey, financial markets, industry trends and customer business models?

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Sell Side FX/FI team, to build and maintain customer relationships in order to influence customer success. You'll deliver tailored presentations and workshops to key decision makers, and work closely with them to ensure they're using the best products and software available on the market.

You'll interpret and take action on customer insight to mitigate cancellations, identify growth opportunities, and guide them on platform/ product improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking sector, or similar market experience
  • Must have knowledge & experience of Foreign Exchange & Fixed Income markets
  • Significant Product and Workflow Expertise, and knowledge of trading floor workflow and technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish trusted adviser relationships with business decision makers.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams
  • Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
  • Strong Presentation skills (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
