Customer Success Specialist - Commodities
Canary Wharf

up to £36,000 + 30% OTE + benefits

Do you have trading or commodities experience and are looking to move into a client facing role? We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our vibrant London office, based in Canary Wharf.

You'll work closely with traders and brokers to establish relationships, and deliver tailored workshops/ presentations to maximise the value they're getting from the business services - with the view to cross sell other available software. You'll help to define customer strategies and support the customer with a success plan covering their priorities, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.

You'll have a strong focus on Commodities and Energy, and will need relevant experience and understanding in this area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Commodities data vendor role or Commodities market role
  • Must have knowledge & experience of Commodities markets
  • Significant Product and Workflow Expertise, and knowledge of trading floor workflow and technology
  • Have a passion and understanding of financial markets, industry trends and customers' business models
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish trusted adviser relationships with business decision makers.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams
  • Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
  • Strong Presentation skills (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills; ability to organise and execute a sales plan
