Customer Services Advisor
Bolton - Remote Initially
3 months - potential extension
My Client is looking for a Customer Services Advisor with previous Customer Services Experience and Knowledge to join the team in Bolton for an initial 3 month contract.
This Person will need to be confident and have experience in Email & Telephone communication.
What you will be doing:
- Call back requests
- On line chat
- Email queries
- Contacting external companies to follow up on delivery queries
- Pro active contact to customers via email or telephone
- Placing telephone orders
- To manage own workload in line with current Calls Per Hour Target - to be solo by the end of the first week
- 10 queries per hour answered - will be targeted
- Contribute to team meetings and deliver the best customer experience possible.
