Service Delivery / Service Desk Manager - Engineering Services

Looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work in a brand new engineering division. I need someone who can be the conduit between the engineers and the business, who would get involved in escalations and make sure a vast engineering division are being managed in the most appropriate cost effective way from the Service desk. You will be the Customer Service Manager on the Service desk so would manage the SLAs and KPIs and be responsible for the service provided to the customers and engineers as well. Ideally you will have come from an engineering background, have excellent business relationship skills, used to working and managing challenging KPIs and SLAs.
