Customer Service - Project Support - Planning and Reporting - Relationship Management - Stakeholder Management - Education Sector

My client a leading Technology provider is seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator with project support skills to support a small project team and a number of key customers in Abingdon. With excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will excel at building and maintaining key relationships within IT project environments.

With experience of working within a customer facing environment, the ideal candidate will have some project office support skills such as planning and MI reporting and be very comfortable working using their own initiative. Working as part of a wider team providing operational support to a number of customers within the education sector, you will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with individual clients and escalating any issues as and when appropriate.

  • MI reporting and Planning experience in live project environments
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Any experience of the Education Sector is highly advantageous.
