Customer Service Manager A well-known consultancy are looking for someone to come in and provide service and quality improvements around a government run initiative. Someone who can look at the end to end service and look to improve the customer journey, taking into account systems, processes and quality. The ideal candidate may have come from service management, customer relationship management background and are keen to offer their services to small to medium businesses. They may also have done some project management or business process improvements in the past.
