Customer Service Analyst/ IT Service Analyst

Shift Based Position: Working 4 days on (7am-7pm), 4 days off, followed by 4 days night (7pm-7am)

Location: Lakeside, Portsmouth

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 + 20% uplift for Shift work + Benefits

A Customer Service Analyst is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services Organisation as part of their Internal IS Division based in Lakeside, Portsmouth.

As a Customer Service Analyst you will work as part of a busy Service Desk Team providing 1st line IT Support and excellent customer service across a range of UK based and International customers.

Responsibility will be to work as part of the shift based team, answering calls received into the Service Desk, log all calls received as issues or requests to agreed standards.

Perform and deliver a first class customer service, against targets and SLA's.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will either have a strong customer service/Helpdesk background both face to face and over the phone who would be keen to pursue a career in IT. Training in IT technical skills will be provided such as Active Directory, Exchange and Cisco IP Phones.

If you have some IT knowledge that would be advantageous

You will be required to hold SC Clearance or be able to obtain SC on acceptance of the position.
