What you will be doing - your accountabilities
Undertake the activities that will ensure the successful delivery of the CFP process. This will typically include but not limited to:
- Develops excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Works with the DCMS voucher systems (excel & word) to secure scheme approvals & answer queries
- Identifies, defines, articulates and agrees key issues, and delivers in a demonstrable way
- Facilitates good business decision-making by clear concise communication with network build opportunities
- Manages a diverse range of opportunities and contacts, prioritising appropriately and ensuring that personal resources are balanced across a range of commitments
- Communicates effectively and tailors' messages and medium appropriately for target audiences
- Secure 'voucher' funding to maximise network build in Northern Ireland
- Engage with voucher recipients post build to ensure funding is drawn down (where appropriate)
The key skills required are:
- Able to build and manage positive relationships within and outside Openreach.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of key objectives
- Demonstrates a willing "can do, will do" attitude
- Focuses on identifying opportunities and delivering signed CFP contracts
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with written presentation and report writing skills
- Commercial, financial and business acumen
- A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- The ability to adapt personal style of management and communication to achieve the desired results from interactions with internal and external stakeholders
