Customer Service Administrators

Reigate/Remote

3 months initial, potential to go perm

Pay: £9 per hour PAYE

Due to an increased workload, we are looking for 4 Customer Service Administrators to start immediately.

Day to Day role:

Emails that come into Customer Service from lots of areas (mainly from customers and FS advisors) will go into an inbox and automatically go into files. You will need to index these emails into relevant places so that underwriters and claims teams can start to work on email queries.

This will be a 3-month rolling contract with the potential for this to become permanent.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in a customer service position
  • Must be able to use Office 365 and Outlook
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Must be able to work efficiently and proactively
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
