Customer Resolution Analyst - Invoice to Cash Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global bluechip organisation based in Canary Wharf for a Customer Resolution Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will provide direct liaison services between our clients largest customers and internal teams. You will resolve issues that directly impact the conversion of overdue invoices to cash, along with other objectives, including:Completing account reconciliations as necessary and be effective at articulating results to customersClearly articulate the Customer experience and use to influence simplification and solutions that will make our client easier to do business withBe an escalation point for billing and payment disputes.Provide single point of coordination for the sales teams and largest customers regarding invoicing, payments, collections activity and disputes. We are keen to speak to tenacious individuals with excellent negotiation acumen, and the ability to get agreement on conflicting points of view.
