Customer Experience Manager (Telco)

Looking for a genuine all-rounder to help a fast growing Telco to help with their provisioning of new clients. Am looking for someone who has a Service, Operations or Sales background who can help new clients in their customer journey from Sales to Provisioning and then Early Life Cycle Support into BAU. Someone who has exposure to Alliances Management or Relationship Management would be of real interest.

Although this role is owning the provisioning of new customers this is a bigger and wider role than that so someone with the above traits who understands it is exactly what we are looking for.
