We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Lead to join one of our major clients based in Birmingham.
As a charitable organisation the client help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.
As part of their current objective to provide a more wide-reaching and flexible offer they are working to make their service more accessible through technology. As a result they are currently undergoing a large digital transformation and are seeking an Operations Manager / Customer Experience Lead to manage the team responsible for contacting customers who have previously engaged with the online service.
Experience required:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - skilled at fostering collaboration across teams and overcoming resistance to change.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of leading and managing teams to deliver.
- Experience managing a team of customer service professionals to optimise their service in an online space.
- Extensive experience delivering a high quality customer-focused service
- Practical & results oriented with experience of establishing ways of working and managing process improvement and within a digital operational model.
