Customer Experience Designer (Digital)

Our client is looking for a CX designer (digital) with understanding on how customers interact with their website and how that breaks out to the offline channels.

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Current State Analysis of the client's processes from customers and process, efficiency and effectiveness. Candidates will therefore need to have Business Analysis skills.
  • Define what they want the target experience to be. Customer experience design skills will be required for this.
  • Apply creative techniques to identify customer pains as they want the customer experience to be zero touch for customers.
  • Define the road map: Make a plan on how to get from A to B. Set objectives for techniques, define test scenarios, test criteria and business change and prioritise from a customer's perspective.
  • Document the process. For this particular client, they use Aris connect (industry best practice) - It is the Process Designer's Bible


  • Solid CX experience - NO UX experience wanted
  • Excellent Business Analysis skills - Digital is essential
  • Experience of working on complex digital transformation programmes. Business to Business.
  • Telecom industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
