Customer Engagement Model Design Support

Would you like to join a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure? Our client is looking for a Customer Engagement Model Design Support to join their structured, high-level programme. The successful candidate will have a background in financial services and experience working on digital projects.

You will be supporting the CEM Design Lead, responsibilities will include project planning/mapping and identifying/assigning tasks effectively.

The role will also entail:

  • Defining the strategy
  • High level process mapping
  • Analysing complex data
  • Driving insights
  • Governance framework development
  • Workshop facilitation

Required Skills:

  • A good understanding of sales processes and roles
  • Experience of rolling out tech in the past/big data and data flow
  • Previous Digital project experience
  • Wide thinking and strategic
  • Experience building account management and sales capability and build tech & digital capability to other teams (Automated processes, digitalising processes)
