Customer Assurance Manager Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of financial data intelligence based in Nottingham for a Customer Assurance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team that provides a key role in responding to all Information Security customer requests, including managing relationships, updating knowledge base, providing documents and completing audits & attestations. Your role in the team will be to take a senior lead on the delivery of Customer Assurance requests; executing on all aspects of fulfilment including searching the knowledge base, collecting information from partners, compiling a response to the request and conducting quality assurance of all Customer Assurance responses. We are keen to hear from both established Customer Assurance Managers, and Customer Assurance Analysts who are ready to take the next step in their career. You will possess strong quality assurance capabilities, the ability to keep calm under pressure - particularly when working on high value/high risk projects - and strong report writing & document creation skills including PowerPoint.
