Our client is a leading software company with a global presence. They are currently undergoing a strong period of growth and are looking to bolster their team with a customer account manager. The role will be to:
- Maintain Customer Renewal Revenue, Customer Retention metrics and regular Customer Engagement.
- Complete new Customer On Boarding process
- Proactively engage with existing Customers
- Engage with the Field Sales organisation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Product and Support organisations to Qualify and Escalate Customer Challenges as and when needed.
- Develop Customer Success Plans, Track the Customer Journey and Participate in regular Customer Business Reviews to measure the business value our Customers derive from our products and services.
- Complete Customer Audits as and when needed.
Applicants should have experience within the software industry within an account management role and be engaging and proactive team players with a strong technical understanding and an ability to quickly grasp complex ideas.
