Customer Account Executive Location: Cheltenham Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Due to a team restructure we are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Account Executive with outstanding customer service skills to join a world-leading Engineering company. The company is listed on the FTSE250 and works in the defence and aerospace industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MRP system experience to join the team and demonstrate their excellent customer service and organisational skills. You will be responsible for - · Providing exceptional customer service · Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient customer delivery schedule · Handling customer issues and resolve any problems and delays · Updating all necessary parties on changes to requirements · Keeping customers updated at each stage · Processing all orders through the MRP system · Helping to promote the business and its services and develop potential opportunities · Sharing customer feedback to help develop improvement plans You will have the following- · Experience with MRP Systems · Experience in a customer focused role · Excellent communication skills with the ability to present if necessary · Excellent organisational skills, delivering work on time · Excellent IT skills, particularly all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Problem solving skills · Experience in Aerospace would be desirable · A degree in a business/marketing field would be desirable You will be joining a company with the commitment to produce only the highest quality and service, and strive for excellence in everything they do.
