Customer Account Administrator Location: Cheltenham Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are currently recruiting a Customer Account Administrator to join the Customer Service Department at a world-leading Engineering company. The company is listed on the FTSE250 and works in the defence and aerospace industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MRP system experience to join the team and demonstrate their excellent customer service and admin skills. You will be responsible for - · Creating and sending quotations to customers · Processing customer orders in the MRP system · Receive and acknowledge customer requirements and pass the information on to the relevant teams · Ensure customer is informed of any changes such as delivery date in a professional manner · Accurately produce required paperwork · Keep customer up to date with order status You will have the following- · Excellent customer service and communication skills · Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the aerospace industry or similar · Experience managing orders in an MRP system · Extremely organised and able to work to deadlines You will be joining a company with the commitment to produce only the highest quality and service, and strive for excellence in everything they do.
