This is a post sales role that is comprised of relationship management, end user training, data science and deep work-flow expertise. In this role you'll be responsible for successful adoption and expansion of our services across our diverse client base in Ireland. Clients include global investment banks, regional banks, corporates, buy-side institutions and Commodities and Equity trading companies.The CSM plays a key role in enhancing customer experiences by leveraging a network of experts across Refinitiv and ensuring the customer's business objectives are achieved through a full utilisation of solutions into the daily work-flow of end-users.
