Role Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in leading initiatives with a demonstrated focus on optimization testing
* Expert knowledge of conversion optimization concepts and best practices
* Demonstrated experience with A\B and multivariate testing tools
* Testing experience to include (but not limited to) Website and Email Optimization; experience with Social and Paid Media would be beneficial
* Experience with B2B marketing and contributing to Demand Generation programs would be valued
* Strong experience with a leading Web Analytics platform
* Strong relationship management and communication skills with keen ability to work across cross-functional business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Data mining/modeling experience
* Driven, motivated, enthusiastic and energetic. A change-agent who influences, guides and leads by example
* 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.

What You'll Do
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a testing roadmap
* Conceptualize, develop, and execute measurable and actionable optimization tests
* Manage end-to-end optimization testing process, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations.
* Work with Analytics and Insight team to generate data-driven hypothesis and size optimization capabilities.
* Analyze test results and propose appropriate optimizations to teams
* Champion a conversion optimization testing culture
* Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technology to improve campaign results
