CRM Insight Analyst

We are actively looking to secure an innovative CRM Communications Executive to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Purpose

We are currently looking for an innovative CRM Communications Executive with a "can-do" attitude to join our expert team. As CRM Communications Exec you will be a key member of the CRM team and will be responsible for delivering industry leading communications across both email and mobile channels.

As part of an ongoing transformation of our client's CRM focus, this role is responsible for working with the CRM Managers across the brand to ensure CRM communications remain responsive to business performance.

It is specifically responsible for:

  • Delivery of monthly communication plans
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise communication build and delivery process and delivering testing plans
  • Supporting the CRM Managers across Bet & Gaming in understanding overall CRM performance and provide feedback to help optimise communication plans
  • Supporting the broader CRM team as necessary to deliver on the departmental requirements

The successful candidate will be a collaborative customer focused marketer who is responsible for shaping the overall future direction of the client's CRM across Commercial teams.

Responsibilities include

  • Deliver and optimise plans for key marketing campaigns and testing plans
  • You will become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools such as Cheetahmail, Openmarket, Silverpop, and Campaign Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for the introduction of new, emerging communication channels
  • Drive continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI's and recommend improvements where required.
  • Manage content sign off process to ensure communications are delivered on time and accurately
  • You will be required to keep abreast and research new trends and developments across communications channels

Essential skills/Knowledge

  • Ability to plan in advance and work to deliver plans as agreed.
  • Experience of CRM tools is required as are html editing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with and manage key stakeholders in the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
  • Genuine passion and interest for the client is preferable but not essential.
