CRMCRM Administrator - Permanent £45,000 - Surrey

Our end user client is currently recruiting for a CRM administrator for there head office in Surrey.

The CRM System Administrator/Functional Analyst shall facilitate the migration of several existing CRMsystems, to the corporate Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

The CRMAdministrator / Functional Analyst shall be comfortable approaching a complex project topic at a high level and be capable of analytical decomposition to the detail level of implementation and operation. The CRMAdmin shall be responsible for the support, preparation, configuration and deployment of CRMsolutions.

In the short term, there will also be a need to support existing CRMsystems, in particular the CAS X7X7 CRMsystem.

Contribute to IT budget for fixed and developmental responsibilities

Control of expenses and operations according to budget Support the business in delivering IT solutions and services across the region. Meet agreed SLA's in addressing user incidents. Provide business analysis and prepare work schedules to deliver business enhancements and implementations. Hands on involvement implementing systems in accordance with business plan, time frames and budgets; within the established project management and measurement approaches Working with 3rdparty supplier as directed to manage services provided in line with the needs of the client in Europe. Provide 1st1st - 3rd3rd line support for applications as needed Perform problem solving/troubleshooting activities. Providing support and cover for other team members Work closely with other members of the department/ business in defining technical solutions Assist business user groups with the development of their business processes/ IT solutions Supporting and overseeing IT application delivery across EMEA Managing 3rd party providers _

Attend workshops with business areas and users to define and fulfil business requirements to support the development program.

Contributing to Service Strategy and Service Design (along ITILmethodology)

Helping Define future direction

Contributing to 1-3 year roadmap for department

Comfortable approaching a complex project topic at a high level and also capable of analytical decomposition to the detail level of implementation and operation.

Produce and deliver internal and customer project documentation.

Execute testing as required through the project delivery process

REQUIREMENTS

Main specialism as a System Administrator/SQLDBASecond specialism as a Functional Analyst

Experience using Dynamics CRM in a Sales environment Experience using Dynamics CRM in a Service environment Experience of Campaign Management (Marketing)

Ability to administer role based security

Good experience of SQLHouse keeping

Understanding of IT systems, application service delivery and development Understanding of business processes and approach

Project management skills
