Credit Risk Analyst / Pricing Specialist - London - 12 month contract

Credit Risk Analyst / Pricing Specialist with required to join a client in the Financial Services Sector based in London on a 12 month contract.

You must have experience of individual customer credit pricing (business to customer pricing) with credit products such as Credit Cards and must be familiar with the credit card pricing in a regulated environment, with a proven analytical capability.

Key Accountabilities

  • To manage and take responsibility for the team's existing customer pricing programs.
  • To ensure pricing program meet customer, regulatory and commercial requirements.
  • To manage technical requirements for pricing programs.
  • To analyse and recommend pricing approach to senior management.
  • To clearly articulate the team's pricing strategy and ensure technical implementation matches intent
  • Monitor and identify performance issues of pricing programs to senior management.
  • Ensure customer pricing communications correctly managed and are fair and not misleading.
  • Support the team with pricing analytics and data requests
  • Identify how pricing levers can be used to drive growth and profitability across all partners

Additional responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and product performance to identify initiatives to maximise growth
  • Display strong stakeholder management experience, used to develop lasting relationships across the organisation.

Required Skills and Experience


  • Strong Excel modelling experience.
  • Strong SQL or SAS data extraction capability.
  • Experience of credit card pricing changes.
  • Strong financial and commercial ability.
  • Ability to work within and knowledge of regulated credit environment
  • Proven ability to size from data, commercial and customer impacts.


  • Revolving credit product knowledge (I.E Credit cards) and understanding of credit customer behaviour
  • Marketing / Commercial finance experience in a consumer finance organisation
  • Stakeholder management experience to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders
