Creative Producer

We are actively looking to secure a Creative Producer to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

As a Creative Producer, you will be driving the creative development process and execution for each project you're producing. You will be an expert problem solver who strives to find solutions, all while managing both the internal and client teams' expectations. In addition, the Creative Producer will be a tastemaker who can curate and assemble great teams with a number of suppliers (directors/filmmakers, production crews, animators, editors, composers, sound designers, photographers, and the like).

Candidates should be highly organised with substantial production experience across multiple platforms, including digital, social, and broadcast, but the main focus will be on content for marketing, advertisement, and company-wide communications. A positive attitude, a strong passion, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are crucial. We're looking for someone who has a strong background in producing, directing, creative development, and who is not afraid to push creative boundaries.

This candidate should have an outstanding portfolio of work showing creative storytelling and engaging media, while presenting the ability to conceptualise creative concepts for video, motion graphics, and animation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The right candidate will have several years of experience as a Creative Producer where you've honed the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, and relentlessly uphold the creative vision.
  • You are highly organized. You can think strategically and solve problems independently. You can 'see around the corner' and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. You have a disciplined approach to managing your projects but maintain the flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.
  • The right individual should have experience working in partnership with senior creative teams to bring ideas to life. You should have experience being the face of creative production. You understand the impacts of production decisions on both creative output and your client's business.
  • You are an expert at managing expectations, with the ability to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. You have an ability to identify key stakeholders and facilitate seamless communications between parties, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the creative production including; conceptualisation, writing, story boards, creating and managing project budgets, scheduling, hiring crews, casting, directing talent, set design, location scouting, supervising graphics and post-production; supervising music and sound design.
  • Develops their own or assigns the development of treatments and scripts to a scriptwriter.
  • Ensures that proposed creative concepts can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Manages multiple projects at any one time, with various stage of production on a given day. These projects have a wide range in production value and budget.
  • Ensures that all productions support corporate objectives and brand requirements, meeting internal and external quality standards, and effectively meets the clients' goals.
  • Works with the department manager and customer team to evaluate and interpret the customers' needs by determining the program objectives and target audience.
  • Helps maintain the digital database and insures that all edited masters and raw footage are properly entered into the video library upon completion of the shoot.
  • Delivers a high degree of confidence and customer service while working with executives and senior leadership.
  • On the job learning of core solutions, products and services so there is thought leadership in the creative process.
  • Understand and adhere to the Brand and style guidelines as a basis for all work.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5+ years in a creative digital media environment, creating film and video content.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of producing corporate films.
  • Strong creative skillset with proven examples of previous project work to share.
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
  • Basic/Mid proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and be able to ingest raw footage into the digital media library preferred.
  • Proficient at using all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and use other software programs.
  • The ability to travel nationally and perhaps internationally.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including night and weekends when needed.

  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced energetic environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and on collaborative teams.
