Reporting directly into the Senior Manager you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality advisory service to clients and customers with a specific focus on pensions in addition assisting with managing a small team of advisors. The positionProvide advice and reports developing effective, strong client relationshipsInterpret/analyses complex financial and actuarial data and produce recommendations accordinglyInterpret and advise on legal issues within a pension's regulation-based frameworkAssist with managing a small team of staff, Ensure quality control systems are developed and applied across the team's remitThe person Previous relevant pensions employers risk advisory experience essential You will ideally be degree educated in a numerical subject;/recognised accountancy qualification would be advantageousExperience of working within regulatory frameworksDemonstrate a full understanding of pensions risk management principlesPossess good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse complex financial data, and propose strategic approaches to complex issuesThis is a great opportunity for an individual who is seeking an opportunity to step into management.
