Corporate Communications Manager

We are currently recruiting an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to strategically manage all internal and external communication across the Group. Our client is a FTSE250 listed Engineering company, based across the UK, US, Canada and Australia - you will be based in the Marylebone, Central London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a big impact on the efficiency of communications and improve relations with Investors by strategic use of websites, press releases, social media and presentations.

You will be responsible for -

· Developing, managing and monitoring the Group digital assets including the website and social media channels for external, internal and Investor interaction
· Developing the Group communications strategy and build strong relationships with external PR agencies, ensuring a uniform message across all channels
· Communicating internally with 5,000 employees over 20 businesses in 4 geographic territories
· Creating a new intranet and driving the collaboration between the businesses, in particular encouraging the sharing of best practices and case studies
· Helping prepare all Investor communications, including Annual Report & Account production, via all appropriate channels
· Monitoring the Group's valuation in the markets, tracking competitor news, analysing the share register and updating the Board as necessary
· Responding to Investor enquiries and attend Investor meetings

You will have the following experience -

· Experience of working in Investor & public relations roles
· Excellent knowledge and experience of working with all digital channels - in particular website, intranet and social media channels
· Educated to degree level in relevant subject with a strong level of financial literacy
· Impeccable written and spoken English
· Excellent knowledge of Office tools, particularly SharePoint
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with very strong organisational skills

You will initially be working from the Greenford location before moving to Marylebone in Central London. This role gives you a chance to have a big impact on a big company, supporting the Head of Investor Relations and Internal Communications.
