Content Strategist - Financial Services Industry

We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Strategist to join our CX & Design team.

The CX & Design team are responsible for driving transformational changes. Their team is creating and implementing a new brand design system to drive quality and differentiation at every client touch point globally. We are creating standards and patterns for digital to be used by all product teams across the business. These patterns create the foundations for the quality and consistency of the digital user experience globally. They also focus on product definition and design for strategic efforts within company. goal is to also set standards for how our brand designs products that are not only "right" for our customers, but that solve real consumer pain points and are designed to deliver a great experience.

In this role, you will be a key member of a highly agile team of CX strategists, design managers, and experience designers working to build great experiences for our customers.

    • Do you have deep expertise in developing content strategies for digital platforms?
    • Are you also a skilled writer who can set guidelines for voice and tone?

    • Do you have a can-do, willing to grasp opportunities, be very self-motivated, versatile and loves getting stuff done?

The Role

  • Develop an effective content strategy and roadmap, collaborating across departments for specific high profile digital programs.
  • Manage content development for our internal Design Center
  • Further development of an enterprise taxonomy for our branded ecosystem.
  • Write great copy for multiple channels for a variety of use cases
  • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver world class programs to a global audience

All about you

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Journalism, PR, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong Content Management Experience
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • A knowledge of design, Design Thinking, UX practices and digital product development a strong advantage.
  • Impeccable copywriting skills and experience of delivering compelling content across various formats
  • Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects
  • A hands-on approach to content management and experience with CMS

International travel on occasion is required in this role.
