The Role - Executive and Employee Communications

What You'll Do
You'll create communications campaigns and stories that rise to the top, captivate and stimulate conversations in the industry and amongst our employees. You'll partner with one of our leading technology thinkers to communicate complex ideas simply and powerfully to win the hearts and minds of our audiences. Ultimately, you'll move the conversation forward around the critical importance of technology in redefining how we work, live and interact to power a more inclusive future.
You'll create strategic regional communication plans and thought leadership that both influences and extends the global communications plans for both internal and external audiences. The campaign approach and technology thought leadership will form a powerful foundation to all our communications in the regional and beyond. Whilst the executive's immediate employee group will be one of the audiences, the communications will influence both regional (EMEAR) and global employees as well as customers and the media.

Who You'll Work With
You'll become part of a world-class communications team that's in-tune with everything happening inside and outside the company to create connections and enable relevant conversations that influence measurable opinions and behaviours. We work smart; we think business conversation before we act so we can ruthlessly prioritise to focus on the high value, big impact outcomes.

Who You Are
You are a seasoned communications manager, a dynamic, data-driven strategic thinker who is passionate about getting the right results that make a positive difference. Powerful writing, message development, good judgement, stakeholder and project management are your key strength.
You'll have a track record in building and executing communications campaigns through to outcomes, often with tight deadlines. You'll have an eye for detail. You are a fantastic influencer, relationship builder, comfortable working virtually across multiple geographies and collaborating closely with colleagues, across region, functions and in HQ.

You revel in being part of a high-performing team, working in a fast-paced organization, yet are self-motivated and driven, happy to take the initiative and work with minimum guidance. You are a passionate, ambitious communicator with a never-ending hunger and curiosity for stories. You'll understand the business and technology, so that you can design the most relevant communications campaign to support the business and shape external influencers' perceptions, opinions and behaviours at the same time.

Your key skills and experience:
* Extensive external communications experience at regional level, including public relations and social media in a global technology company, across various disciplines
* Strong project management skills, proven to be successful in global matrix organisations and in balancing concurrent projects
* Excellent editorial and storytelling skills
* Understanding of technology
* Able to successfully socialize communications campaigns with multiple communications and business stakeholders to advance message consistency and impact
* A track record of translating business goals into communications goals, understanding audience perceptions, and crafting integrated communications campaigns in support of the company and region business objectives.
* Data-driven communications strategy and planning
