Communications Lead - Migration

We are actively looking to secure a Communications Lead to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

The role involves leading, managing, setting up the communications to the 3rd parties and the overall partnership from the start to the end of migration.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Follow up of activities
  • Co-coordination and harmonisation of activities
  • Issue and problem management
  • Supporting PMs in escalations
  • Workshop co-preparations and co-execution with Project Managers.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management
  • Managing communication plans
  • Stakeholder requirements analysis
  • Designing communication process between the client and end users once migration starts.

The role includes working closely with Project Managers, Application Migration and Virtual Workplace Project Managers and Migrate Workstream Leads to make sure the right message is getting out to the right audience at the right time.
