A world leading security and technology service provider who have invested billions of pounds in their services working with the most high profile clients on the most cutting edge projects. This role is available due to a company expansion.
You will work closely with the sales and project teams to structure, negotiate and close compelling customer deals
You will also provide comprehensive support and advice on contractual and commercial matters
Ensuring that the Division follows Commercial governance and establishes commercial best practice appropriate to the Division will be a key responsibility
Working closely with other internal functions (IP, Legal, Insurance, Risk, Contracts, Projects, and Bid Management) to manage these aspects of the project, opportunity or bid
As the Commercial Manager you will draft, negotiate and manage NDAs, MoUs, Teaming Agreements, TAAs and Shareholder Agreements.
Communicating policy, guidance and awareness, ensuring best practice and consistency across the business
Manage the post contract process, ensuring continued customer satisfaction
A proven track record of structuring, negotiating and closing deals
A significant record of commercial management
Previous experience of providing relevant advice on all commercial aspects of transactions and agreements.
Used to managing NDAs, TAAs, ITARs, Teaming Agreements, MoUs and Shareholder Agreements
Used to working with financial information and is aware of financial impacts on bids/contracts/projects.
Previous experience of working with Business Development teams
Expert user of MS Excel and able to use spreadsheets to show and read financial information
Proactive and responsive to customer/team needs
Able to quickly build good working relationships with internal and external customers
Highly motivated, a self-starter with initiative
