The Commercial Learning & Development Administrator supports the Global Commercial Learning & Development team in driving the effectiveness, learning and trainings of the commercial organization.

Priorities will include elements of both administration and project management of the following, with varying degrees:

  • Coordinate, maintain and manage the training program schedules, enrollment and reporting of commercial training
  • Helping with training set-ups & team development sessions preparation
  • Driving the internal communication on commercial development events & program logistics.
  • Researching and suggesting key skill virtual offerings to enhance commercial team experience.
  • Support the L&D project leader with data, reporting & metrics analytics from training activities.
  • Support with training budget tracking and purchasing/approval processes as required.
  • Support for high priority and intensive workload specific projects as required.
  • General office administration for L&D team.
