Combat Systems EngineerHMNB ClydeSalary: Dependent upon experienceHere at Babcock we are currently recruiting for an experienced Combat Systems Engineer to support the Sandown Class Single Role Minehunter Vessels. This challenging yet exciting opportunity will report directly in to the Lead Engineer and be involved with providing technical support for all combat systems matters.You will be empowering technical authorities to make informed decisions by defining changes to the vessels and providing combat systems technical input. What do I need to do the role?You will have an understanding of the Combat System architecture and equipment integration on Royal Navy vessels which is an essential requirement.Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written will be required and experience with dealing directly with a technical authority and a wide stakeholder group across multiple sites is desirable.
