Clinical Trials Associate (CTA)

Overview

Our client is currently recruiting for Clinical Trial Associate to join an early Phase Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) located in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CTA with over 12 months experience who would like to develop their skills further within a great team and an exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with study volunteers
  • Performing clinical tasks (ECG, vital signs & blood sampling)
  • Maintaining trial progress records
  • Data Quality Control
  • Query generation & resolution
  • Training staff Immediate Life Support
  • Preparing on site investigator files, materials for initiation and confidentiality agreements
  • Sending protocol packages to site
  • Tracking and indexing of country specific essential documents
  • Resupplying sites with study materials
  • Liaising with sites as required
  • Provide support to assigned study team

Essential skills

  • Registered Nurse
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Desired skills

  • Life Sciences degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a CTA role or in a similar position
  • Experience with using eTMF and CTMS systems
  • Demonstrated accountability for tracking and retrieval of essential documents a
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to tight timelines
  • A good understanding of the clinical trial process and required CTA activities from study feasibility to study close out
