O365 Client Success Manager - Full remote working - 18-month contract

Currently seeking an O365 specialist to join one of the world's technology leaders as an O365 Client Success Manager to manage a large portfolio of customers on all matters O365 and other MS products and make sure customer engagement is fully optimised.

The O365 Client Success Manager will ensure the effective usage of the technology available to its customers that may currently be under-utilised and be able to identify potential upsell opportunities.

Key skills and experience required;

  • Must be an O365 expert and ambassador of MS products
  • Must have excellent communication skills to work closely with customers and stakeholders
  • Must have a proven track record in a customer relationship role
